Regular massage sessions will help you recover faster and the results will be better long term, especially while recovering from an injury or for issues that have been ongoing causing chronic pain, or problems that seem to come back time after time.

Thursday - 9:30am to 9pm
Friday - 9:30am to 9pm
Saturday - 9am to 9pm
Sunday - 9.30am to 5pm
Booking outside this hours might be available on request.
There is no right or wrong here as everyone has very specific needs and our bodies respond differently. We often recommend a longer session (60 to 90min) for your first session as will give us more time to have a better assessment and give you better result to get started in your recovery. If putting time aside for your massage session is an issue, don't worry. We can still help you with our shorter sessions (30 to 45min), but quite often the session will be targeted to a more specific area or muscle groups, as will be difficult to work effectively if covering larger areas.
Once a week initially is a good option, and as things improve sessions can be booked further apart. Again there is no one way that is best for all, but one of the key things to keep in mind is to come back before your muscles get as tight as when you first booked in or pain is back at same level again. If you keep coming in before then we can keep helping you to make better progress that will last better long term. Some of our therapists recommend a massage at least every 2 weeks for optimal results and maintenance.
